Thanks again for your reply, much appreciated.

I don't have any plans to build on these lots, my plan though is to do a sub-division (separate titles) and sell off the land lots to someone who may wish to build a home.

Would be great if you could provide the names/phone numbers of your excavator contacts in Sydney.

I don't believe I need to worry about rainwater tanks, I'm not building dwellings at this stage.

Just another question, you mentioned storm water and drainage as the first steps.  What type of trades person does these works?  I have all of the other services sorted.

My friend put me onto this ebook that has tonnes of information for people who have never bought a property.  My curiosity got the better of me and I purchased it.  What a fab ebook.  It details the process and guides you through how to purchase a property, excellent for those that have never done it before, it tells you what you need to know, do and when, plus some tips on what to look out for. It has templates that you can print and write on.  I actually found it good value for what it included.

Anyway, I thought it was neat and a handly guide for newbies and first home buyers.

Some people in this post are talking about making money only when the share market is rising. 

What if you could make money on any share market in the world no matter if the share price is going up, down or even sideways, it's just a matter of knowing which strategy to use, when and how to mitigate your risk.  Education is the key to learning about these strategies.  Want to know more,  just email me or reply to this post.

Not to sound negative about your idea because it is certainly thinking outside the square….but do you know if olives could be grown successfully in this area taking into consideration the climate and soil etc ? Just a thought…
