Bad advice &#8211; you cannot change the locks without the PM or owners permission.  If you do, you will be in breach of the Tenancy Laws in Qld.  However, agree with you about time for inspections.  This can be dictated by the tenant.</p>

The property has Residential B zoning and there ia a large block of units nearby.  I thought that this would allow the owners to develop it if they want to under the existing town plan.  Block is around 1100m2. I have heard of the Residents Group but am not sure if they can do much if Council approves the development.
