I would be very careful about buying in Chinchilla and I work out here right now.
42000 workers? maybe, but no all at once, and most in FIFO like me
then afterwards, maybe a few thousand workers fulltime, some/most might live here
I am interested in the whole trust setup advise thou

But here is the deal, I have property under a trust name, and my finance bank (RAMS, beware of this) does not allow an offset account for loans under trust names.

I know most harp on about how bad cross col is, but how do you lend against another property's equity without cross collateralization?
