     I have a 4 beds unfurnished house in the western suburbs.

    This was back in 1995. We had a long contract (90 days) but we moved in straight away under a proper tenancy agreement for $1 for the three months to settlement.

    Hi,

    Super funds cannot borrow money, so you could use your self managed fund to buy properties but only if you do not need any finance.
