									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Avoid TSI for property insurance.  They may have been good in 2011, but were bought by Suncorp.  My experience was ABYSMAL (and still is &#8211; one claim for storm damage has been going on for 7 months)    Find another insurer!</p>

They have been rude, arrogant and do not reply to phone or email in reasonable times.  The claims person is always not available.  One trick was to call me after 5pm.
