    Hi Div43,

    I have played it’s very good it’s all about cash flow etc but expensive on the RK seminars they sell it very cheap. try http://www.powwowevents.com.au some time they also sell it cheap.

    Hi All,

    I know some people who bought more then 100 property in short period of time. I am not saying that they used their own money to put all the deals but they control that many property and keep on buying more. I think it’s all depend how hard we are working for properties ( may be term change from investment to business for these people )and how much risk we are ready to take.

    I can’t believe people got too much negative thoughts about PI and Steve etc. why all are worried about 130 property in 3.5 years. Have you seen lot’s of people buying even 30 IP in 3.5 years. Guys learn what he wrote add your tricks and other people tricks ( read books, attend seminars etc ) and create your wealth your way. On top of that stop thinking negative and if you are with negative mind then 9 to 5 job is best for rest of life.

    I am also thinking same as you now Even if I don’t get anything other then 40% I think deal is not bad for me ( being +ve flow property). I think I should not be greedy when I am not putting any money [:P].

    What other people do if they get equity partner ?

    Hi All,

    I was trying to offer same sort of thing with all my logic but other people can’t seems to get. I ask some one to to use their equity for 20% deposit and we take 80% loan and loan will be 40% on each name. So sort of we are investing 60% and 40%. And I offer we will share 50% each because other person is not going to do anything ( sort of Silent partner ). Which According to me is fair but it didn’t work with that person.

    Do you guys think I was some how wrong in putting numbers together.

    Even though I don’t have any IP ( but looking to buy right now which can answer your another topic of forum ) when ever I talk about buying +ve property or buying lot’s of property in near future most of the people think I am gone crazy [:0)]. But this doesn’t make any difference to me most of the time. ( but some time I start suspecting on myself [:(]) But after knowing this forum I am getting lot’s of encouragement Thanks to all of you.

    I downloaded from ez-rent.com. It’s not bad being free software and got almost all the thing. I used richmastery software also in their seminar that was also easy to use though its in excel only.

    As you said you have 400K value of house so first you have leave about 20% of home value which is 80k now you have 140K to invest in other property this 140k can buy you 140*5 = 700k worth of property using 20% deposit for properties if you have buy all these property positive cash flow and a bit below market price then you will have again some equity ( may be in 3-6 month ) and again you can use the same formula to buy more properties. and you can continue doing this if you use numbers well and but positive flow properties.

    one can learn most of the things here only on this forum if keep reading and ask questions. 10K is too much for any seminar until you are rich or you have made that much money using his books or some passive income in property etc.

    Hi Micka,

    Rich people spend money to save time and Poor people spend time to save money.

    So I don’t think Buyers agents are bad so if one can find easily things without spending any time then buyers agents are not bad. But one should be doing their due diligence also.

    Can u please tell me who is this agent? any contact details?

    I am agree with Regina. They start their presentation that this is not MLM etc. And then they go back to square one. They say their company will be bigger then Microsoft, Dell etc very soon. yes may be they can become that big by making people fool.
