I just checked your company website it’s not saying much about home loans it’s talking about equity loan etc. do you guys do property loans also?

Timing was like that..

first day 9 to 11:30
second day 7 to 8
third day 5 to 7

Yes timing make some people angry but point was something else in asking people to come so early even though you have kids and other imp work.

I am agree with Simon if I am making money I don’t mind paying tax. Yes I will try to reduce my tax as much as possible. and whole idea of buying +ve cash flow property is getting passive income. In -ve cash flow you save tax but pay other way much more.

Welcome to Forum,

Ans to your question is lot’s of seminars being taped both way audio, video and for sell. But yes not in book shop or any other shop. They sell it through their website or through API magazine etc. And yes even Video and audio tapes are very expensive.

Hi Jared,

I am bit confuse because though return is good but capital growth is -1% last year and mines also closing so I think IP property in cobar is not good for me because as new comer in IP i need bit of capital growth also for other IP.
