I am agree with Simon if I am making money I don’t mind paying tax. Yes I will try to reduce my tax as much as possible. and whole idea of buying +ve cash flow property is getting passive income. In -ve cash flow you save tax but pay other way much more.
Ans to your question is lot’s of seminars being taped both way audio, video and for sell. But yes not in book shop or any other shop. They sell it through their website or through API magazine etc. And yes even Video and audio tapes are very expensive.
I am bit confuse because though return is good but capital growth is -1% last year and mines also closing so I think IP property in cobar is not good for me because as new comer in IP i need bit of capital growth also for other IP.

What about buying under wrap? this way they can buy their first house and another person can also get benefited I think looking at their income they can afford payment but CC and PL is a problem.
