Be careful and make sure you do the maths before buying and renovating. I have had friends loos big time by forgeting % costs while vacant. Alwats have plenty in reserve (cash)<br />
If you are buying to flip, add all costs ie. int charges (holding costs), your time, advert, sales comm&#8217;s, delays in the time for council approval etc.<br />

Thanks for your most agreeable comments. I too am in Syd and would like to here where your buying in this market. I have been buying prop for the past 13yrs and only sold to release funds for non investments (home/car) and once for the business.<br />
