Hi Everyone – I have been searching for a tool like this for a few years as someone who has a reasonably sized portfolio without too much admin time but and I tried a few and all too hard to use. Just on this topic, where is the best source of ‘free’ property data such as auction rates and so on? Its good to know a few, so I’d be grateful if someone can list some commonly used by investors.

Hi Sean,
I can suggest looking in the Queensland area, where I believe many people are moving from Sydney and Melbourne.
Look for some high growth suburbs around there and speak to some local real estate agents.
I think you should be able to find something decent around the $450k-$500k mark.

Hi everyone,
My son is in his second year of university. He’s quite bright and has taken an interest in property. I have invested in multiple properties over the years but my wife was apprehensive about getting him too involved too early. I was just wondering if anyone had advice on the best way to give him exposure to investing?
