<p>It&#8217;s reasurring to hear that you don&#8217;t have to invest in the major cities for wealth creation. Your comments make complete sense as it&#8217;s unsustainable for Melbournes population to keep growing as it is forever, therefore the satellite cities that you mentioned will play there part..
