<p>           I&#8217;ve got a company trust with a few properties at the nab bank there all variable loans and I&#8217;ve been paying more than the minimum repayment the other day I went into see them to redraw some money out and they said companies can&#8217;t redraw on home loans. Is there a way of getting my extra money back out</p>

<p>Yes the properties I own are were built before 1985 and i have done all the renos to them the problem is for eg. A 2 bedroom unit I fully renovated ( fully air coned, built in wall robes in both rooms, new kitchen, bathroom and laundry) cost me $7000 cause i did it all myself as i&#8217;m a cabinetmaker. <p>I&#8217;m a cabinetmaker from Mackay up here we charge $500 a metre to build and install and i think it&#8217;s about $80 a metre to install but also there&#8217;s a 7 month wait at all the cabinetmaking places so the prices might be a bit high compare to where u live. if you can find some one to do weekend work you can get it pretty cheap.</p>

<p>When i make an offer on a property i say to the agent that i&#8217;m offering (what ever the % is)under the asking price and the reason. I find saying it this way it sounds not as much as saying the amount<br />
eg<br />
house price $420,000.00 10% under is $42,000<br />
