HI I am ballarat based and I have invested on small scale in Ballarat.This town is growing from what i am seeing since last 4 years.Because of melb 2030 plan there is an increase in students and certainly good for investment. From what i see low to medium price there is a good opportunity to invest. Hope this helpspradeep
