Yeh, getting the tiles off is no issue- i forgot to mention in my original post that my issue is getting the glue off…

Find_another_slave, did you just scrape the glue straight off yourself, and then hire someone to sand and polish? … Or did they scrape the glue off for you as well?

it's actual timber planks- proper timber floor underneath.

the tiles were glued straight on to the timber.

    Hi Wealth4life,

Thanks for the info on the free real estate course. I have just signed up for it!

But just one question – Why is he offering such a course for free? It's a nice gesture, and great for people starting out in property like me, but these days most people often have a hidden agenda?

Stargazer – Thank you for your post. It takes guts to open up and be honest like that!

I went through a similar situation as you – except mine was in owning a previous business. I am now re-building through property and the stock market.

I agree with you Stargazer, spending the money on your education IS important.

Yes – experience is a great teacher; but education will help make the path ahead alot clearer.

jleong and katchw – I too bought ron's memory pack, and am already up to day 6 in his book.

I learnt to count in japanese today in a short 5 minutes during my lunch break at work – and can still recall the numbers in random order late in the evening! It's pretty good his memory system, it's working well for me!

    I think you'll enjoy it! :)

    Hi Guys,

It's interesting to see everyone's comments… I personally enjoyed the conference – it allowed my wife and I to decide on a specific path we want to take with our property investing (as we are newbies…)

Peter Daniels, Ron White and Dean Parker were the highlights for me.

Bought Peter Daniels Destiny system, and Ron's memory pack – already Ron's memory stuff is working – quite easy to apply!

I look forward to buying Dean's Renovation system once I am ready to buy my first IP.

Sasha Hopkins – I'd love to hear how the property options goes, i was interested in that – but didn't invest in Mark Rolton's system, as I felt he was too much of a salesman for me…
(I went to personally ask him couple of questions after his workshop, and he was only interested in selling me to come to his course instead of answering my questions).

I will also be enrolling into the RESULTS program next year – heard good feedback from others, and Simon and Lynn Buckingham were genuinely interested in our situation and gave honest advice rather than trying to sell us into the program.

So thanks to you Simon and Lynn, you helped us to determine the path ahead for us!
