Thanks for the Mega conference, I had a fantastic weekend full of Aha moments. Your Real deals were fabulous Daniel Flynn definitely inspirational and Brendan Nichols wow!
Lisa with her nuggets and just being surrounded by like minded people.

Ok I have just read your post .
I dont come on the forum very often ,
My suggestion is to invest in a couple of books and make up your mind on your investing stratergy.
Have you read Steve Mc Knights books ,Jan somers And Peter Spann. Also a lot of good information in API.
When you have read these books you will understand  different statergies and be able to make the decision for yourself .

Went to Dandenong market with sister & my daughter &my neice ,got really cheap fruit & veg ,got box of top quality mangoes $12 ,there are 14, I think .Box of grapes $3, anyway I have been going for a couple of months now & managed to save $300 -$400 dollars a month on my food by going to dandenong instead of shopping locally. Bought my 1st home in 1985 $63000 it was a small rentstopper 10sq ,no paths no grass,no floor coverings,no curtains, not even a letterbox but we were as proud as punch. With time we got all of the above. I feel people just dont want to do the hard yards . I was 22 .My next door neighbour is in his 80’s they had tea chests for furniture till they could afford to replace with the real thing.I spoke to my kids &they would not go without like we did .
