I forgot to clarify that the reason I rent our ex0family home is that it has always been in her name <img src="/wp-content/uploads/smileys/smile.gif?x85685" width="" height="" alt=":)" title=":)" class="bbcode_smiley" />  and still is.  Although she does recognise my financial contributions to the mortgage.
