    Appreciate the great information. What you say makes a lot of sense. I had a look at the Junior Property Manager roles being advertised – all of them want experience though. Looking further, the Assistant Property Manager role looks to be another good starting point.

    I was looking at the 2-day course as it was in a class and as you surmised, less time off from work she can get. She does not have a computer so it did appear to be the right option.

    With regard to the “Property Bubble”, regardless of what happens in the rest of the world, the demand still exists in Australia for property. The only thing I can see (in my limited viewpoint) with regard to property price drops would be the removal of all home buyer assistance packages (Federal/State) and an increase in stamp duty.
