Firstly I must say that our return was significantly better this year however this was due to circumstances such as pre-paying interest etc. So in a way yes we have certainly got more this year and over and above $1200. That's what I was sort of thinking and hoping that it was right to think this way. So thanks this reassures me a little.

In regards to the location its outer Perth so I think its just the service??

    Thanks

Dasheed hi there In have a friend that had around 5 or 6 IP and had them for about 5 years. They simply sold 1 and paid down all of the others to at least make them neutral and positively geared.

So if you can only have 10 IP NG (as you mentioned) than after a while 8 IP PG is not out of the question.

Only last week one of mine whent positively geared. (Only $70 a month but still?

Marc thanks for the reply. I am paying the IP's with the LOC however I pay the minimum payment on the LOC. Hhowever thinking about it; its probably better left on my PPOR if I have enough in my LOC to get by.

I have used the LOC for the deposits on the IP's but I was interested to know whether the interest accumulating from the payments to the IP's was deductable? I thought it may not be.

    Thanks

Hi there I have been to a few investor club seminars etc and made comparisons on their prices with actual prices in similar and same areas and have found them to be virtualy the same.

I really dont think the Investor Club are out to rip anyone off and thats a big call for me.

Ive had someone pull out on a signed contract in WA. I found it all too hard and it was going to be expensive.

I gave it to them. I think it could be more trouble than its worth. There are a lot of other houses out there.

    Thats just me.
