<p>A monthly cashflow that replaces a salary and means that if you did not get out of bed tomorrow morning it would not matter, your wealth would not be affected.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have confirmed with 2 brokers that the maximum LTV (Equivalent of LVR in UK) you could achieve is 75%.</p>
<p>So you are a little more limited  than the standard 85% an investor might expect but it can be done!</p>

<p>North of Adelaide, the new suburb being built is called Playford North. 300 hectares being developed at cost of more  than a billion dollars. Will take areas population from 13K to 30K in next 15 years.</p>

<p>London is similar to a Sydney or Melbourne in that with most capital cities cashflow positive properties are harder to find. And by same token property is expensive.</p>
