    Buying a pos + cash flow property should be of no further burden to you as it is positive cash flow.
    So hold on to the 1 you have and start looking for the pos property. Even more so now buyers are more motivated to sell.

    I beleive the plus can be no higher than 10% of the sale price. Check this with the agent.
    Another argument is that they promise the seller a higher price than they can get. So the agent advertise for a low price to get people to look and then try to push the price up.

    Hi everybody,

    My first ever posting has only been here for 1 day and I am amazed at the high level of intelligence on this forum. So many people willing to try and help each other out is fantastic.

    I know some people love Robert Kiyosaki and some despise him. I find him very motivational but like any advise will check it out as best i can before “jumping in”.

    I have his game cash flow on cdrom and will let you know if it help with + prop investing.
