<p>1. I know i&#8217;ve missed the property boom, so thanx for reminding me.<br />
2. I am on a low income and don&#8217;t have masses amounts of money to pour into funds of any kind.<br />
3. That&#8217;s why an investment property sounds good because the rentor helps pay it off.<br />
