<p>The Contract for House and Land Sale is available from the REIQ in Qld but I think you need to be a member to access the blank contract. If you know a Solicitor or RE Agent they may be able to give you a blank copy of one.</p>

<p>I would be surprised if they payout if your PM gave the tenants back their deposit/bond</p>

Kiyosaki&#8217;s &#8220;Rich Dad Poor Dad&#8221; he says that your own home is a liability as it does not produce positive cashflow. I would recommend this book as a good read for anyone thinking about their money and how it is spent on assets or liabilities.</p>
