Gidday Richard,
How are you? We might be able to start a Brisbane Investment Group? Do shares, property etc?
How would that work? Could we do that?
Rockhampton is still powering on I hear.

Hello,
I have not read Dales book as we are on a tight budget, but some of the advice he has given is worth its weight in gold,
I can not believe that one accountant could attack another in a public forum.
Or some one would call their MP for tax advice!!!

We do our own PM by phone and with help from a real estate in the Town we invest in.
They do not do PM but help with ours and we give them a basket of wine and biscuts every so often.

Hope you are making plenty of money.(Wish I was!!)
I will let you know about Brisbane when I find one.
The one I use now does not like trusts or help very much with Investment Properties.
