    I'd say $95,000 probably is enough but you'll have to be prepared for the compliance/audit/tax fees that might prove a little bit painful. 

    Shop around for the best advisors you can find and don't be scared to negotiate on their annual fees.

    Hi Richard,

    Nice work.  I have a deposit in the UK (I'm an ex Pom) and looking to buy in mid 2012.  Any areas you like there in particular?  I have a couple of IP's over there in the London commuter belt, but don't know a lot about the market there as I've lived in Oz since 2005.
