Hi,

I can only suggest looking at a few of the following.
1. The Housing Affordability Index produced by the Housing Industry Association.
2. The number of Building approved in selected area. You can obtain that through the ABS
3. and previous At Call Loan Rates not sure of possible source.

Hey,

The format that Birdman highlighted sounds very very similar to a Richmastery seminar I attended. HHMMMM and I thought these were meant to be “creative” people.[]
It will be easy to spot all the other forumites who attend…. the ones descretely pulling $50 from there pockets just waiting to pounce from their chair to stage.
I think I will go, just to see what he has to offer.
