    I just came across this website http://www.commercialloanswarehouse.com/ for CP loan and seem they have a good rate for CP.
    Have anyone used them before and what was the experience like?

    Do you think it’s better to apply and use a personal loan from the bank and later on use the fund from the investment loan to pay off and close the personal loan?
