<p>I don&#8217;t no if this will help but this is how we negotiated our last property that needed a bit of work / renov to it.</p>
<p>As you mentioned rough asking price is appro $320000 and as Rikky said before -10% then work out approx cost for renov&#8221;s and take that from the asking price as well.</p>

<p>I made the mistake of collateralisation 3 properties afew years ago.</p>
<p>Is there a way to undo this mistake and at what cost??</p>
<p>Should I just appproach my current lender and see what they say ??or do you have to take a different approach??</p>
<p>Any help would be appreciated.</p>
