I am a melbournite who has lived in Darwin for the past 18 months. what a great spot to live &#8211; lifestyle, much lower density living, beautiful beaches, sunsets, weekends, traffic doesnt exist.<br />

<p>I ve since read that the trust not being a legal entity, is correct. I actually as part of anegaotiaion with the vendor rescinded the contract and repurchased after the establishment of the trust &#8211; to everyones agreement including the bank.</p>

the concept of interest only seemed like a set up for disaster but it shows that we develop fears out of lack of information.<br />
I still dont know which way I will go for the next property but will keep investment only a real possibility &#8211; once Im more literate in the area of course.<br />
