its good to see so many freindly and helpful ppl on a site!!  im from uk and invest there if any1 has tax questions etc.

im a chartered accountant specialising in uk tax and have came to oz and have completed tax exams here!!

I was also wondering where many of your deals interest only? or did you always start with capital repayment?

I am from the uk and was fortunate to buy a property a few yrs ago before the boom.  I know have $180K equity

I am goin to invest in uk and oz.  uk very good at minute for discounted 25% deals and cash flow psoitive, a double edged sword so to speak!! However the norm in the uk was interest only mortgages!! this is fine but basically cashflow would last 25 yrs and then end.
