    Hi everyone,

    CF+ created by potential tenants bidding for property to rent. due to shortage in the Hunter region. The tenants that are in the house bid $50.00 over the rent that we thought we would get. After all purchase costs, the tenants are actually paying the mortgage with a little left in reserve.

    Hi Shahin, due to property shortages in the Hunter region we were able to secure tenants that offered extra rent to secure the property. Hence the mortgage LVR 80% is paid by the tenant.

    Hi everyonee, I have purchased a property through my SMSF which I am happy to say is positively geared. I am now looking to buy another. Is 15000 enough for finance people to look at us purchasing with.?

    Hi JacM, I to have an accountant that looks after all the compliance stuff for SMSF. It can get very complicated. At least I don't have to worry. Cheers Peter
