I am after is a mentor who will guide me in the most efficient areas and properties. I want someone that is actually a respected property investor themselves and practice what they preach.

I want a local mentor and buyers agent that I can trust and form a long term partnership

I was interested in Silvertail as Nidal Rasheed appears to have the right credentials and experience. However if you have any suggestions or mentors / great buyers advocates you’ve used would appreciate recommendations

& thank you for the suggestion @cjaysa i’ll have to suss them out. Have you gone through David yourself for property?

@wadez thank you for your reply, yeah I’Ve been looking at ripehouse & realestate investar for a while not sure what’s better yet might take the trial versions to evaluate
