    PS I’m very new to trading so if my last couple of comments are unrealistic please let me know

    Ok my goal is to build a minimum of 1 million dollar’s in 25/30 years
    Starting capital $10,000
    I don’t really want to become a full time day trader type but i would spent say 4/5 hours a week trading

    I guess I would like to do the same type of thing Steve talked about in his book
    Using +cash flow property investing income to build a nice packet of money on the share market

    Risk profile I’m not sure what you mean on this one so i can’t answer it

    Psychological profile again not sure what you mean all I can say is I’m in it for the long hall

    Bear1964 could you please explain to me why using the equity in your own home as a deposit would have an affect on the investment properties
    Cashflow
    How does a cash deposit help over an equity deposit?

    Sorry if that’s a dumb Question
    but ide like to know how this affects a potential investment properties cash flow return

    Thats really strange cos with this cable connection most pages load in 1 or 2 seconds for me

    Steves site really wears me out waiting for it to loadup

    funny thing is that the latency is quite good

    Im in the same Boat as you Trisha thats a good Question.

    i would also like to know where other site members are finding there possitive cash flow propertys are they Searching on http://www.realestate.com.au or some other method

    Also im starting to think that maybe buy and rent
    positive cash flow type of investments are going to dry up over the next couple of years because as prices rise so do the opportunitys for IP investing.
    Am i right ?

    I would really like to get Steves McKights opinion on this matter as this Great Idea he has been Preaching may be a pipe dream to newbies like my self.
