									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Another vote for Terri Sheer, I did a fair amount of research before taking out landlord insurance, and I couldn&#8217;t find more comprehensive cover, not too expensive either. Fortunately I have never had to claim, so can&#8217;t comment on that side of it. I&#8217;m sure there will be someone on here has.</p>
