We have started communicating with HIA.  There are few options we are thinking of to resolve our issue.  It&#8217;s just the repair cost could well be half the cost of purchase price.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks Terry.The IP which we sold was cross-collateralised with our PPOR.  SO when we release the IP, the bank did a valuation on our PPOR.  It came back at $500K.Originally we had a limit of $445K attached to this IP &amp; PPOR.  The bank said their new DSR is now 69.17%, so we had to reduce our loan limit to $345K. </p>
