Diablo 2 has taken over my life at the moment ( PC ) until Gran Turismo 4 is finally released near Christmas for the PS2.

I have a suggestion. I don’t know about it as I may have been using the software wrong.

When I wanted to put in details of a property I already had, I had to fiddle around with the figures to get the right payments that I knew I was already receing and paying out as there was no option for a mortgage and rent etc already in place.

This was because I had just refinanced, where the refinance was lower than the actual value of the property.

Hope I explained it enough

Hi there Yorker, I am here in Malaysia at the moment. Have been since March. I do know that rentals are high. There is a two story house near where I live that is available for rent. It costs RM15000 ( $5669 AUD ) per month. In Oz the house would be something like 350 to 450 per week ( guesstimate ). And it needs major work to make it livable.

To get a “good deal” you would have to lower yourself to the extreme. I thought about it, but the prices are just too much for me.

By the way $ 1 AUD = RM2.65

Damn Depreciator, I just watched the Today Tonight piece from your website. I have mentioned this to you before but basically couldn’t have been bothered ( too lazy )to get a Schedule done, until I saw that video.

Ahh just a question about “triathlon” comment, how is it that they are sitting down? They spend more time running and swimming than cycling?

Pay mortgage with credit card? Oohh could see some people getting in trouble there without some hard rules for doing so. I like the idea though, although I reckon the banks and reward programs would have something to say about it.

Hi there Marney. If you pick up any Money magazine, it will have a table at the back listing the best cards to have.

I personally have a Woolworths Mastercard, and have racked up a lot of points just by using it normally. That’s not to say you should have one just for the points though.

I’ll give it a go.

When the kids are home from school doing whatever they want ( within reason, don’t want them to become spoilt brats ).

Spend time with my girlfriend and generally doing all those little things that I’d ever thought about trying.

Parachuting, 4WDing around Oz, building a monster of a computer, travelling to Canada, Scotland and Japan, France ( buy girlfriend some french lingerie [lmao]) ( not interested anywhere else ) and generally sleeping a lot

Not bad off the top of my head and not thinking about it. [lmao]

You may also find that the franchise may decide for you how it will be set up. Some of them have their own structures that you have to follow.

To me a hero who is someone who has overcome an obstacle or obstacles to be at the top of their game, whatever it is ( business, sport, life etc ).

I for one do not place much stead in Autographs. If I don’t know the person personally, why would they impress me?

Ali G – I recommend both Adaware and Spybot be installed. Sometimes one will pick up something where the other won’t.

Will help stop, along with Mozilla mentioned above, bugs and nasties making their way onto your computer.

I’ll also put in a vote for AVG Antivirus. Free, and has picked up a few virus’ from emails trying to infect my computer.

And all windows updates necessary.
