I was trying to be of some help to the person with the problem.  I did contact Conveyancing Works in 2004 about a transfer and the cost was $360 but I have been told that it is much higher now.I will not comment any more as I know nothing. </p>

I can give you the name of a person who negotiates sales commission and will definitely talk a deal on the commission. Try A1 Independant Real Estate.  </p>

I will be approaching them to do my transfer if I can get a buyer. I have been told they are in the area of $900+.Check them out.June </p>
