    Muppet is watching.

    AND he is not very happy that all the parties will be in Australia.

    He hasn’t got his tax refund yet to be able to afford to come and annoy you b….. Australians in your own home patch.

    He thinks with a bit of grooming Westan would make a very, very good Santa.He has got the stature, the waist line but something is missing on top.

    And Sooshie and Mini would make very, very good slaves to carry Santa’s prezzies. With maaaaaaabe a little help from Melbear.

    I would like to add my $10 worth.

    To choose one person is extremely difficult as has already been stated.

    (Sooshie, Westan, Melbear, Bill, Minimogul, Richmond, Steve(himself), Enjolady( and thanks Leigh, my glove turned up this week-now have to learn how to drive it), xyzzy, Mortgage Hunter, rAty and Pinkeeeeeeeee, Aussierogue, and Crashy to, SIS)

    Well done guys and gals.

    Now NOONE has mentioned the best comic of all on the site,
    ta daaaaa I nominate PropertyuuRG.

    I find his postings very humourous (most of them anyway).

    Every night I can get a good laugh when reading what he has contributed during the day.

    The race between him and rAty(to be the first to have 1000 postings) and the repartee between the two of them and the other forumites who jumped in every now and again was a joy to behold.

    What, NOT heard of the Bledisloe Cup.

    Believe it or not it is a cup played for between the All Blacks and the Wallabies every year.

    It has been played for, for about a million years.

    AND this year we own it for the first time in about 3 or 4 years.

    I see we might be getting Russell Coutts back to helm the New Zealand challenge for the Americas Cup in Europe next year.

    Apparently he has been given the sack by the Swiss.

    He has won 14 races in a row for the Americas Cup.

    You have to watch that Propertyuurg fella carefully.

    He built his great tally of postings in only a few nights when he and rAty were racing to see you could be the first to 1000 postings to see what would happen.

    eg whether they would metamorphosis into something desireable or not.

    Actually it was very entertaining reading all the postings made by everyone while the race was on.

    Propertyuurg LOST out in a big way because aRty was the first to 1000 by about 5 minutes.

    And nothing much changed.

    Where is aRty now and also Pinkeeeeeeeee, well they are apparently moving house, but because they have been off the air so long I think they are actually building a house.

    But I expect them to grace our presence in the near future.

    Ether yor NZ speek is pritty good or mi Ossie speek is pritty good bt I coold understand u quite well when u and yor luvely wife came visiting recintly.

    Noneed to lern nu werds as our langiwg is pritty close.

    Hi Guys

    Came across this on another forum and I think it makes a good point about reading books.

    However, the one good point that was made, that has stuck with me, was on the cost of books – paying NZ$30-50 for a book may seem steep, but every book was different ideas, and if only one idea in the book saves or makes you a more profitable investor, then it will have more than paid for itself. A single snippet on tax or refurbishment can save/make thousands over a short period, if it is new to the reader.

    Have you tried looking at ebay or http://www.trademe.co.nz for property books. I’ve bought one of Napolean Hill’s books from trademe for only a few dollars.

    Other books which I would like to add to my library have gone for more than I was willing to pay. But I keep looking.
