    I dont do renovation g every time . It incurs lot of money and time . Investing in renovation is only periodic.

    See you local newspaper. You may find lots of them. I call my local agent to find them . They give lot cheaper price.

    Hello

    I just renovated my house and it cost more than $650 and my agent says that it has increased the price of the house by $1k+. I really find a lot of benefit in renovating. I would sell my property only after renovation

    I really find that renovating adds a lot in house's actual price . Whenever i have to sell my property i renovate it and then only go in market

    Yes the western part is really diminishing and i even heard that property prices in south are also going down.

    Thats really a nightmare . I will be careful  in doing that in future . I also need to divide the property and i will keep that in mind.

    You can try lots of your local agents. They might give you a good quality check .

    I dont think you can invest in UK with a working holiday Visa . Property In UK is hard to get for foreigner with working VISA.

    Its very difficult to finance in Vietnam. Even if you are foreigner then you will face lots of obligation. Property in Vietnam is good but it requires lot of legal work.

    I have never heard of the site and the person . I will do a research on them on how they work. I think you should check the background before doing any property investment

    I do think the investing in Dubai is a long term goal. Since you get the profit in long time. Dubai has a good infrastructure and it does gives good return.

    If you rent the rooms separately , then you may have to deal with three different       people and it may create problem sometime. I would better give all  the room to one person .

    I event had direct contact with them. But i have heard that they have a good service . They give a good idea about  property investment in Australia.

    You can invest in Mutual Funds if you have a low risk appetite. But i would say that property investment is a good idea It gives huge returns

    There are such options where you can get a secured loan over  a ongoing construction. Just find out with your local agent. He may tell you more in detail. Property Investment has lot of complication and its better to be safe

    Thats a good idea, but it could pulll in lots of legal complications. See what are your rights before you do that. Investing is such a way is really new idea.
