Exactly thx for that comment. It seems as if everyone is trying to act as if they have towed the line as far as copy is concerned. I bet just about all the people with imoral or negative comments have copied music or programs or something of the computer at some stage or another. I think its funny how people are trying to make me feel bad at what ive proposed to do, well keep trying people its not working.

Im sorry Rob but I live in queensland I guess that would have been a good idea to mention where I live. Thats a shame though but atleast its good to hear that somebody is interested in the idea. Thanks

well im no expert but after doing the 11 second test on your figures you would have to buy that property for $65,000 dollars or under for it to be positively geared. Although you may be able to buy and put a wrap on it???

yes I understand that there must be a lot of issuses that would have to be addressed but im sure the positives of joining forces and pooling money would definitly outway any the processes of putting a group togther to invest in that way.
