there are sooooooooooo many IT people here. its amazing. but its good.

i study at rmit in melbourne for a bachelor of business eco. & finance. i also run my own web developing and hosting company which i’m hoping to expand over the next few years. i speak 5 languages so i do interpreting as well when they need me. and i have 2 IPs and am hoping to buy more over the coming months and years. this site’s been great for motivation, advice and just getting to know other people who are passionate about the same thing.

    hi sat2003,
i think if the price is right and the quality of work high, then customers will choose your company. i am in business for a short time but have the full knowledge required to build any web site you desire. the reason is that i used to work for a large Co. who invested a lot of time and money into me before offering me and the entire IT Team redundancy packages [:I]. i have taken full advantage of that and continue to offer my clients top quality sites and highly affordable prices. can anybody say no to that? [:I]

investing with family is a bad idea. i bought a property with my brother as well. now i can’t use the equity in it unless my brother is involved in the new project. so its basically useless. if one of you have owned a house in the past, the other can’t use his fhog for this joint venture. these are just some of the pitfalls i can think of.

    hi
well the property is in Berwick, Victoria. The Price is 290k and the projected rental income is around 280-300. its double storey, 4 b/rooms plus a study. great views. close to primary school, secondary school, monash university, hospital, freeway entrance, shopping centres, chisholm college. its getting settled on monday. property next door sold for 330k so i thought i’m getting a bargain at 290k. but now i’m not so sure.
