Fixed interest rate of nearly 9% with his company? Thats about 2% over the current 5 year rate.
Either this is a punch and judy show or you have been duped/scared into paying a higher rate than you could have got elsewhere.

As Terry said a NODOC is possibly an option. Watch the interest rate tho – most are high but some are as low as 7.1%.

Have a think about what you want from this property.
If a quick gain then the market might not be suitable at this point. However if you want a long term home that will appreciate as the market rises (or depreciate if it falls) then it might be the right time.

We used pre made Spotlight curtains and got some very favourable feedback from tenants.
I wouldn’t do the expensive venetians until selling time!

Well I guess they said make an offer because they also don’t have a value in mind.
I am thinking that I would offer something like $500-1000. There is probably no competition and they will welcome this cash for simply copying documents they have tucked away somewhere.

A 65% NODOC is the only solution I have for an unemployed person. Interest rate of around 7.1% after the recent rate rise.
