Exactly. Via a NODOC loan. The major requirement is a clean CRA.

Check with your accountant. I believe it is decided by the intention to produce income.
Put the loan wherever you like – if with your PPOR make sure you have a split to show it seperately.

It is true. Some lenders wont don’t have a relationship with brokers. they obviously cannotbe marketed by the broker.
Your broker will be able to show you a list of the institutions they have access to- noone should imagine that any broker can cover the whole market.
Good tip there.

If you are going to move in then I would use an offset account to preserve the deductible loan for a time when you might wish to upgrade the PPOR and retain the property as an IP.
No probs with BankWest.

If the agent has a buyer then perhaps that buyer wil also be reading the real estate paper and wil call you himself?
Don’t trust the agent. They all have a list of buyers. If you do want to test him just offer him a 48 hour listing – see if the buyer is genuine, if not you can still sell yourself if that is what you have decided…[Read more]

We paid $800 to do three rooms in satin, water based finish.
Our neighbour saved a bit by doing his himself.
After seeing the two finishes I don’t think this is an area where I would be trying to save money.

Two points.
1. A caravan is not real estate. I would treat it as a business venture.
2. I have been told that where the Park owns vans as well then they will usually fill theirs first and the outside owned ones after this.
I would keep looking if I was you.
