    This is located not too far from CBD as well.

    In general, how much yield you will consider as "good" for this type of property?

    Actually, it is a new building. Rent is on 5+5 year lease (expiry 2014).
    I am not sure what is the catch but I have to visit it myself to see.

    I make lot of typo mistakes and others (English is not my first language….)… but  this actually makes quite good sense. right?

    Thank you for your input.
    I met few advisers before and I was quite disappointed as well.

    Where to turn when you need some directions, ideas to take your financial decision?
    I am working full time and I can't learn everything or do everything by myself.
    I am still hoping maybe there is someone who actually dose his/her job – Someone who can supply the service that I am looking for.
    It is very hard to find a good adviser or good accountant… After all, why they should care about you & your finance? At the same time, isn't it suppose to be their job? I must be too naive.
