    According to me, you should invest in 1 bedroom house/unit in a good suburb as well located spacious one bedroom apartments make great investments and will deliver strong rental and capital growth in the future.

    Hi Mike,

    Here are my opnions for investing in commercial property.

    Pro:

    Higher returns on investment

    Longer leases

    No rates and other outgoings

    Cons:

    There are lots of risks in commercial property, so you need to be aware of them before investing.

    It takes longer to find a tenant

    Values can drop sharply
