    Not a big fan of seminars have heard good and bad feedback about roltons seminar doesnt matter how many seminars books information you read just get out and do it an option contract can be drawn up for alot less then 5k use commonsense and make the option win win for all involved it takes alot of leg work

    working on a option at the moment alot of work goes in and it has to be win win for you and the vendor

    Locs are tricky thing to get at the moment most lenders want to know exactly what the equity will be used for.

    and are alot stricter then a few years ago.

    depnds on your personal circumstamces are you married kids etc reasons to setup a trusts some can be tricky so get some proffesional advice

    Usa market not really in our comfort zone seen many deals that seem to stack up but re agents charge 10% many can be dodgy heating snow removal etc so 20% dimishes down alot so still looking around qld areas with returns 105 and over and can self manage.
