Thanks Boshy,what a nightmare! but it all turns out good because now i have the real estate agent calling me at 7.45pm wanting to 'just ask a question',im avoiding his calls as there is nothing for us to say to each other-it is all in the hands of solicitors. Thanks Mick,that eases my mind a little,i am fairly confident il get finance one way or another but the rigmarole scares me.I was inclined to wait until i had approved finance but i was advised by my broker to exchange-that these things are standard practice.Im a fairly conservative decision maker so was hesitant.Lets see how it goes…..i never…[Read more]
