									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I like Ashfield too.  13-14 years ago I was wanting to purchase on the river.  One house came up for sale for $250,000 but I wasn&#039;t quite ready to buy yet.  Nothing came up for sale when I was ready a year later.  I ended up purchasing one street back from the river instead.  Pity!!</p>
