    Well done .
Its great that you were able to negotiate and come up with a solution that was acceptible to both parties. The art of the negotitation cannot be underestimated.

    Dear Ambo 72
I have stables that I rent out. We are asking 25 dollars per week per stable . This is in new stables with a central hallway , tack room , feed room and wash. We also have a work area for the horses and are near the race track. I guess the price people will pay will depend on locality and also the quality of the infrastructure. We are in a rural setting. You also will need to provide space for the feed and tack and determine who is responsible for the horses should something go wrong . You can get agistment documents that allude to such matters.

I know that it cost us in the order of 100k for our stables and arena. What you have quoted sounds cheap – but then again it depends on the age of the buildings and the land size and locality.

    Good Luck
    Cheers
    Murray
