Hi network 21 is  not a pyramid scheme. It is a company that  uses Amway as its parent company. You cannot lose money by joining up. Amway is now 50 years old. The idea is you can buy your groceries, makup, jewellary vitamins over the net and delivered to your home. It you decide to  sign up  others  to do the same, you receive back a bonuson what they buy  rather than the owner of the  supermarket. The business also has partnership stores involved such as Harvey Norman. The members of this group are the largest group in the world that support world vision.
The company also has a motivational section Robert Kiosaki has endorsed the company. Gilly the Australian criketer is endorsing their vitamin range this year. It is a great way to learn the skills to be a small business owner even if this business is not your style. I like to buy my groceries this way if it is helping someone above me who may be looking at earning extra money to support their family rather than the profit going to the big supermarkets. Particularly since the  groceries are often the same brands that you find in a supermarket and they are delivered to my door with a 90 day back guarrentee which you cannot get anywhere else. Hope this helps

i just sold my 4 year old rav for a 2005 adventra commodore wagon the car had 5,000 on the speedo and $6,000 off the new price. The idea is i travel out west (QLD)and need a reliable car for my work. i also bought it with my business so it is a tax deduction i throw my swag in the back and camp in caravan parks which is better than hotel rooms.ocasionally. When I throw the job hopefully I will have the car paid off and have a reliable car for the next 10 years. The old man is a trucky and cannot go past F150;s F250’s he is driving around in a 30 year old premier holden and 7 kenworths. Guess whose vehicle we seem to use when we are going out somewhere.

generally the entity who owns the building is responsible to take out the insurance. the entity leasing the building is responsible to insure their business. In a commercial situation the entity renting the building may the obliged to pay the premium it all depends in what is written in the lease

Professional indemnity is mainly used by people who give advice such as Insurance Agents. The insurance you may be thinking of is public liability insurance and construction insurance while you are building

i have seen this problem a couple of times lately in my work as an insurance agent. where clients have sold good quality property which could give them a very good income to be eligible for the pension. this property surely could be used to buy positively geared property to provide an income far superior to the pension What is the fixation with the pension or is it the kind of advice that people are receiving. why go on the pension and be controlled by the govt of the day and a very small income when you already have assets in place that over the retiring years which is on average 20 years will return a far superior income for the retires and their family.

We live at Walloon and have also looked at the Defence Housing we worked out at the time that the return was not good enough. For such a long term lease the return would have to be good Do you have any other figures

I use the same real estate agent in each area the same solicitor for every deal. I tell the real estate agent how much money I have what return i am looking for He knows I am dealing only with him. i have also added a broker to my team who already has my financials and understands what i have done. It his job to find the best financial deal for me. all 3 advisers are in contact with each other they complete my deals while i work to fund the next deal. this year we have bought a commercial building, in the process of finalizing the sale of one house and have signed a contract for another i try to buy property that is either a straight investment or something I can use in a differant way. i have bought the last house to move into and also to run my professional office from to save paying a landlord office rent while paying off my mortgage.I try to buy realestate that can be utilzed for something else if something goes wrong. for instance the commercial building i have bought could also be used for a home based office or i could build a duplex there instead if the market changes I am not interested in living in a house debt free I would rather have 5 houses with debt

I am an Authorised Representative for Suncorp Insurance in Qld
I am available to provide info to anyone who have a query regarding insurance. or a quotation.
Generally the idea is to insure your property for the replacement value of your building. You may then choose a landlord extension which means the contents you may have in your rented propety. this may include light fittings, carpets, curtains. The premium is calculated using some of the following criteria. age, building construction, address . You may attract a discount is you have multiple risks on the policy such as other houses, car, boat
The excess can be flexible to suit the individual insurer.

I wonder if you have worked out what your value is per hour at work and whether you have actually quoted with tradesman what their rate is per hour. It may be that the tradesman may be able to complete the job quicker than you with their skill and trade accounts while you are earning the equalivant at what you do best. Perhaps this way may be the best option until you have the cashflow from your real estate to be able to invest full time

I am an insurance agent in Qld working for a large company. Insurance is used in the event that you may make a claim. The premium is worked on the age of the driver. No Claim Bonus of driver the postcode where the car is garaged and on the number of claims that particular model car has had.(There is other info required as well) I have not heard of this company however try and find out say through local panel beaters, repairers whether they have a good history of paying their claims. Try and find out who the underwriter is.

I have two houses in a town in western qld where i lived for 7 years. i found that renting something decent in this town was a problem since many of the houses were below standard. Even now there is no development much in this town accept motels for the tourist trade people use the bush to further their career and usually only stay say 6 years and therefore they are more likely to rent than to buy. Also the govt such as hospitals and the education dept may need good accommodation for their staff to keep them out there the rental return is often higher than the capital gains retun in the bush

Thank you John the building is in good condition on a main road in Toowoomba Have not accepted the offer yet so the bank has not been involved yet. it is situated in a mixed residential area so a duplec could be built on site. Sounds better than buying a residential house for the same price.
