I too have found cash+ properties here in SA, but are unsure if the rural towns i’ve looked at are good to invest in or not.. any advice?

I’ve looked at a couple of towns, but people seem to be moving away, or the town relies on one major company staying there..??

Do you know of a good town to invest in?

Shame I missed it.. I too am from Adelaide. Have been investing for 5 years, but only now understanding mistakes that we have made.

I have 2. Have 1 PPOR, 1 IPs and am working on the third !!

Have had 2 IP in the past. Made zero profit on the first.. but made $40,000 on the second. (But put that money in shares…opps).
